Vegetable Stir-Fry

A colorful, vibrant dish that’s as nutritious as it is delicious. This quick stir-fry is packed with crisp veggies tossed in a savory, slightly sweet sauce. Perfect over rice or noodles, it’s a healthy meal you can whip up in under 20 minutes.

Ingredient

1 cup broccoli florets, 1 carrot (thinly sliced), 1/2 bell pepper (sliced), 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 garlic clove (minced), 1 tbsp oil

Method

    Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant.


    Add the broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.


    Add soy sauce and stir well to coat the vegetables. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
