Tzatziki Dip

Cool and refreshing, this Greek yogurt-based dip is flavored with cucumber, garlic, and dill. Serve it as a dip with pita or use it as a sauce for grilled meats, adding a fresh, tangy element to any meal.

Ingredient

1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cucumber (grated), 1 garlic clove (minced), 1 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, salt, dill (optional)

Method

    Grate the cucumber and squeeze out any excess water.


    Mix the grated cucumber with yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.


    Add dill if desired and serve chilled with bread or veggies.
