Tuna Pasta Salad
Light yet filling, this tuna pasta salad is a refreshing dish ideal for lunch or a light dinner. With chunks of tuna, crunchy veggies, and a zesty dressing, it's a perfect balance of protein and carbs that keeps you satisfied without feeling heavy.
Ingredient
200g pasta, 1 can tuna (drained), 1/2 cucumber (diced), 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt, pepper
Method
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and let it cool.
In a large bowl, mix the drained tuna, diced cucumber, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooled pasta and mix until everything is well combined. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
