Scrambled Eggs with Spinach

Ingredient

2 eggs, 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped), 1 tbsp butter, salt, pepper

Method

    Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with a pinch of salt and pepper.


    Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted.


    Pour the eggs into the pan and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until the eggs are just set. Serve immediately with toast.
