Pita Pizza

A quick and easy twist on classic pizza, this pita pizza is topped with your favorite ingredients on a crispy pita base. Perfect for when you want the flavors of pizza without the hassle, it’s a fun, customizable meal in minutes.

Ingredient

1 pita bread, 1/4 cup tomato sauce, 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella, toppings of choice (e.g., bell pepper, onion, olives), oregano

Method

    Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).


    Spread tomato sauce over the pita bread and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.


    Add your choice of toppings and a pinch of oregano.


    Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice and serve.
