Pancakes

Fluffy, golden pancakes that are perfect for breakfast or brunch. With a touch of sweetness, these soft pancakes are great with maple syrup, fresh fruit, or a bit of butter for a classic, comforting start to your day.

Ingredient

1 cup flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 egg, 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp melted butter

Method

    In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder.


    In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and melted butter. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until combined.


    Heat a pan over medium heat and grease lightly with butter or oil. Pour in 1/4 cup batter for each pancake and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden. Serve with syrup or fruit.
