Omelette

Ingredient
2 eggs, 1/4 onion (chopped), 1/4 bell pepper (chopped), salt, pepper, 1 tbsp oil
Method
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and whisk until smooth.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking for 2-3 minutes until soft.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the omelette is set but still slightly soft in the middle. Fold the omelette in half and serve.
